Same thing I was saying-how hard would it have been to send a couple guards over....stay at a distance and hail out the man with a greeting....and stay in view, obviously monitoring him......BEFORE he do anything-The man would have left.

when i saw this vid i was wondering about it too , it reminds me of stuff u see on tv shows\movies
