I don't think recession had as much to do with it. Their social media pages are filled with posts from customers saying the service was terrible and they didn't have many of the things on the menu. Sometimes staff can bring down an entire business.

I think forex issues was the LEAST of their issues, have only been once and that was probably more than a year ago, as we sat down going through the menu "oh we don't have this, and this, neither this... but we have everything else" went to order french toast "oh we don't have the usual bread to make it but you can still have it with regular slices bread" if i wanted a Kiss bread french toast I'd make it at home. My first and last time. Never thought it was a good idea bringing that chain here, I guess they thought the Maravalians would have patronised more.
