Nah just no experience no equipment and open a company yesterday and overbid by 100million and win the contract oh wait that was under the previous regime..... Carry on.
Also this is the right way to do things get permission from the police and stage your protest. Now their voices will be heard without the cloud of it being illegal hanging over their heads. It was a good turn out too.

Any body seen pics of the inside of the hospital?? The ones i saw showed a fully completed and furnished building. Inclusive of medical equipment. Other than the obvious issue on staffing in havent seen any other issue regarding why it could not be open

The hospital doesn't have an incinerator.

I heard a contractor was hired and stupidly caused the road to collapse and then to cover it up say that original bad works caused it. Pnm ppl real stink

i saw it before the road collapse, it was perfectly good, then backhoe start to dig alongside the road taking away the support for it and eventually it caved down, then equipment disappear and it make news, and then they went back and fix it
