IIRC all red pigments were removed. If you see red its because your brain associates red with the strawberries.

nice trick... there really isn't any red. I took a moment to look and my spectacular brain is convincing me it's red berries.... but it's actually greyish. cool

A quick click around on Photograph (or even Microsoft Paint) will show that there are no red pixels in the image at all. Isolating the color of the strawberries will show they are actually a pale greenish gray.

Strangely enough, after reading through the comments and carefully looking at the pic, I've noticed that if I look at the corners, the top right to be specific, I am seeing the strawberries change from grey to a little light pink to light red. Not fully red as they would be in real life, but a 30% change.
At first glance, it appears as I stated in my earlier post, grey and aquamarine.

It's the cyan / blue white balance
take that away and the grey strawberries look grey
