1 cup lemon juice
1 cup Vinegar liquid
1 cup ginger liquid
1 cup garlic liquid

Reduce to three cups by boiling and add 3 cups of honey when cooled.

Bottle and store in fridge, drink one teaspoon daily first thing in the morning before eating anything.

Yes it will work because each of the individual ingredients listed help cut cholesterol. That is just sa mix of them. If u want add some almonds in the fray. But just garlic or almonds will do if u eat a couple every day.

This is a normal old ppl immune system booster concoction. Allyuh feel d ole ppl was stupid but they nailed it. These are the most powerful naturally occuring cholestorol fighter. LDL receptors are used up during cholesterol absorption, and its synthesis is regulated by SREBP, the same protein that controls the synthesis of cholesterol de novo, according to its presence inside the cell. Whenever you reason how cholesterol 'clogs' arteries, consider why it doesn't clog other blood vessels which are a fraction of the diameter of an artery. What a lot of people fail to realise is that lipids and in particular cholesterol is essential in the process of healing arterial walls. The body does so through plaque which can then be absorbed into the endothelium via progenitor cells. It's a matter of causality, plaque formation is the immediate response of the body to damaged endothelium in the presence of foreign bodies. Cholesterol arrives on site to facilitate the process, it's the neighbour that comes to stop a victim from bleeding out and gets blamed for suffocating him. The body's natural ability to renew arterial walls reduces with age and thus plaque buildup becomes a real problem but really as a result of sustained damage to the endothelium by free radicals and foreign bodies from diet and habits. Unless that's dealt with, heart disease and complications are inevitable and cholesterol has been getting the bad rap because of poor science done with chickens and rabbits in the field of heart disease. Think about that whenever your doctor prescribes statins to you to deal with cholesterol, 'the root cause' and how it's debilitating to your body's defense system.

Cholesterol is essential for all cell life on earth. If you don't get it in diet, it will be made through the mevalonate pathway.
That alone should tell you the bad science that has been going on with cholesterol blockers medication and the medical dietary advice for the past 40-50 years.

Cholesterol has nothing to do with heart disease. The culprit is LDL family, namely VLDL, tiny particles of lipoproteins made in the liver due to excess sugar in the diet (especially fructose). Lipoproteins are transport for fatty acids in the blood. It carries all manner of fats. Just because they found cholesterol in VLDL deposits in cardiac disease patients, does not mean cholesterol was the cause of it. Cholesterol is also found in all the classes of lipoproteins, including HDL.

The cholesterol hypothesis was dreamed up by doctors who couldn't science very well, but at the time when we just developed techniques to measure cholesterol. Then the political movement grabbed the bad science and here we are, worse off than ever by cutting cholesterol and fat, but still increasing the sugar in our diet.

The layman term "cholesterol" will persist for decades because apparently most doctors in the world just pass their biochemistry courses in med school without actually understanding what's going on. You know, rote learning. They then just accept previous guidelines set by the medical/food industry without questioning. Bad science and persistent political forces (money).

And that's how you end up with stupid threads like this, showing just how misinformed people are about cholesterol and dietary fats, while still gulping the Coke and Solo Coconut because it has "zero fat and 0% cholesterol."

Good genes and bad genes hoss. Those smoking and eating endless sugar and KFC are statistically way more likely to die young. And when they do die young, you're not often surprised but when Uncle who does run marathons in the Savannah get a heart attack at 50, that makes an impact on you and biased you to think healthy lifestyles (which is also very subjective) doh work.
