So what you looking for exactly? Cost or quality? Cant have one without the other. Style subjective.

2001 Carpet House if you need quality, any random pvc ceiling/ laminate flooring place if price is a concern.

I fully understand what you mean. I'm just looking for honest reviews.

With regard to cost or quality I'm looking for both, simply put there are some retailers that sell quality products at fair prices. One example I think is Price Smart. Then there are others that sell quality products at a ridiculous price, I won't call any names.

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll visit 2001 Carpet House.

Any one else?

Check the Home Store in Barataria, I bought some self adhesive quality laminate flooring from them. 2 pitbulls and a year later hardly any scratches, no color fading and most of all it still impresses friends with the look and feel. Also spilling water etc is not a problem. the flooring has not lifted anywhere, unlike the expensive flooring that needs the padding underneath...

thats a nice option but I guess you need a smooth solid floor for the vinyl to stick.

Solid floor, mostly smooth... cleaned properly before sticking down ie sweep, mop, mop, stick. Start in the center of the room as directed to give a staggered feel as this looks better than starting on one end and working to the other of the room.

Not really locking but stuck directly next to one another leaves a seamless feel/look, each plank/tile is rough texture ontop so as to imitate real wood. Got mine on sale @ 125 or 135 a box compared to 160 I think at the time.
