Can you give more details on this please? When was this? Did they accuse him of outright rape or sexual harassment?

This was in the mid to late 90s, three women accuse him of sexual harassment. All 3 women reported to a known PNM businessmen that had a bother that ran for a seat and failed in Couva.

The entire case was a set up even the majestrate had to delay the judgement till after an election as it was seen as an all too important case. Two of the women never recovered after the embrasment of loosing, one later confessed to the set up.

I think Duke is being set up as he is gaining grounds in Tobago and the PNM See this as a danger.
Also the PNM wants back the PSA for their own agenda, Amazing how fast PNM ppl are ready to take back the PSA. The odds may be against him as we have PNM police and a PNM DPP.
This case is going to take a while to be completed and will be delayed to hinder his progress in Tobago .

It's the same method used when PNM tried it on Panday and Sadik Bash
