Parking meters are coming to Woodbrook and other major busy areas in and around Trinidad.

No more FREE parking. Woi woi.

At present if there's no offered parking i don't bother with a place. If this change brings the security of parking without worrying about getting wrecked, that's good.

There will usually have a 'loading only' area marked on the road where only gods vehicles are allowed to park in and there should be a time limit to which a vehicle can stay there in order to keep things moving. Regular cars should not be allowed to park there and if they do can be fined unless they can prove they are there for a legitimate purpose.

I welcome this change as I would rather pay some small money rather than have to worry if some wrecker will take the car even if parked legally.

Will they then make parking on roads without the meters illegal to discourage persons parking away from the meters and just walking to their destination?

Hush nah, hypocrites in here would have been in an uproar if this was initiated by the past Government. They love to be first world in looks alone, but fail to realize that first world is about service to people with their taxes.

only in trinidad u will see everything going up but the same dog like service staying the same, when ppl realize that the gov't suppose to work for u and not against u we would try to make a difference, any paying taxes etc is not a problem just u need to see where the money going
