The latest victims - a prison officer, a Princes Town bar patron, and two unidentified men.
Prison officer Fitz Victor, 32, was shot dead while washing his car outside his house at Prizgar Lands, Laventille, on Monday morning.
Victor was attached to Remand Yard in Port of Spain.
Residents said they heard rapid explosions like machine gunfire then discovered Victor bleeding from gunshot wounds.
Victor died at hospital.
On Sunday night Renaldo Gordon of Bois Jean Jean, Moruga, was liming at Seerie’s Bar in Princes Town when two men with firearms alighted from an AD wagon.
The armed men opened fire on the limers and Gordon and four others were shot.
Gordon died at the scene, while the others were taken to hospital and warded.
In San Juan, an unidentified man was found, hands bound, at around 6.35 p.m. at Sunshine Avenue.
The man was found with a wound to his face, in bushes at the roadside.
Hours earlier in an area known as Mango Rose in Laventille the body another ‘John Doe’ was found.
The victim’s throat was slashed from ear to ear, his body lying on a staircase.
The two unidentified men were taken to the Forensic Sciences Centre and police are seeking the public’s assistance in their identification.
Meanwhile, in a press statement issued by the Police Service on Monday, no mention was made of the killings. The police instead listed several crime fighting successes in recent days.
Between Saturday and Sunday, Supt Seepersad, ASP Bailey along with a party of officers attached to the Inter-Agency Task Force Strike Team, Police K9 Unit with the assistance of members of the Trinidad and Tobago Regiment conducted several anti-crime exercises in the Laventille district.
Five warrants were executed and three people arrested on outstanding warrants and possession of cocaine.
The officers said they also found and seized one .38 Rifle, one 9mm pistol, seven rounds .38 ammunition, 3 rounds 9mm ammunition and 30 grammes marijuana with a street value of $450.00. No one was arrested.

Polcie also searched an area at Morne Coco Road, Diego and found a Beretta pistol in a heap of garbage. No one was arrested.
Officers intercepted a red band maxi taxi along the, Priority Bus Route, in Bon Air, and searched two passenger.
Officers said they found a revolver and four rounds .38 ammunition, a laptop, cellular phone and $3,000. The items were reported stolen that said day in the Arouca district. Two men ages 29 and 20 of Campbell Lane Ext, Arouca and Acono Road , Maracas /St. Joseph were arrested.
