So I came across this 'company' that has these 'last in stock' vehicles for ridiculously low prices. They accept payment via PayPal..nothing else.
Example. Price for a 'brand new' Lexus GS is 17,000USD.
You can check out other cars at
www.japancardealership.com When questioned about the low prices of their vehicles this is the reply I got:
"The true value of the car is not the same as it is here, since they manufactured here, the cars are supplied to dealers internationally, which is then resold for a profitable margin, we currently have a closing stock sale is which discounted, however prices will be reverted on the new stocks which is not yet updated. Plus there will be additional charges to vehicle when delivered, therefore we have to drop the prices since the market is very competitive here."
Regarding payment:
"you can set up a Paypal account with your bank, which only takes a few minutes. Then you purchase your vehicle.Once order is completed, and we have verified and received payment, your car will be shipped out to your address as well as documents for car will be sent via DHL, hence you will be receiving your documents before the car. When car arrives at your port, you will pick up your car with your documents."
Sounds too good to be true. Most likely it is. First time I coming across a PayPal scam like this though. And they not heckling me or pressuring me for money as scammers usually do after you show interest.
They claim they did business with some Caribbean customers
"We do have some caribbean buyers as you can see on our social media page, we also have some referrals...however it is against our policy to give out customers personal information without any authorisation."
just wondering if anyone has any experience with them? I think I want it to be true rel rel bad
