thankfully past that before the gridlock.
couldnt figure it if he went in from the northbound, (yes i know he was facing northbound).
at the time , a vehicle (possibly hit) was stopped in the lane on the southbound.

A 40foot flatbed trailer and truck on its side on the Barataria overpass this morning north bound around 8.40am. Overpass was blocked by police and there was a backhoe on site probably to help out.

No pics as I am a responsible driver and my dash cam isn't oriented to get shots so far to the left.
