Its the Ttec substation next door. One of the oil filled xfmrs ketch afire. Ttfs responded and had it under control in no time

was on site earlier. one of their 66000/4160V transformers destroyed. looked like it was a huge fire. they have another one that should be able to supply the entire load of the plant, although reliability no longer exists.
