ALL comments sooo true, different location doesn't mean different mentality or better work ethics...
after all they're protected by Unions, etc.
ALL Gov't Services should succumb to the same thing that happened within recent years with now
RBC and then RBTT Bank...
So the Canadians brought in their own assessors to assess every single job position at the Bank, upon their take-over. Job positions and position outlines were investigated and the individuals performing those duties. Ended up being, they found Staff weren't doing enough for a warranted days' pay and too many repetition in certain Job functions. Everyone's Job position outlines were changed as a result and had to re-apply for their own jobs, those who didn't qualify, went out the door or were placed in redundant positions until frustrated out...
Same procedure should happen with Gov't Services, bring in a separate entity to assess each public servant's job position and make them re-apply for for their own Jobs...like in L/O for example, now they go hadda get off their fatt rass and get out, cause 90% of them are surely not qualified to perform duties amounting to a FULL days' pay of our tax paying dollars...!!!
When you walk into a govt office and the cashier is on their cell phone, which is more important? the stupid a$$ on her phone or the customer who its their JOB to serve,,,,, these govt workers still don't understand this and when situations like this arise the worker should be properly disciplined and dismissed if deemed necessary.
The current Licensing office NEVER opens on time, the inspection pit area never starts inspecting on time. the carshiers take over 1.5 hours for lunch and all CLOSE up early.
Why is this acceptable for a government office?
