The moon was sighted in the whole south america, wonder why its not eid in Trinidad tomorrow :S

Forgive my ignorance, but does the moon really have to be sighted in this day and age? What if there's cloud cover for a few days?

I'm unaware so hence the question

Ok. Just got a call from a darul uloom member. Apparently their websight has the error. Saying confirmed. However eid is on tuesday. As of 10:20pm today

Tr1ad. Yeah I know about the science part. The ahmadia muslims use calculations. They will observe eid on monday. Its just schools of thought
