Sir, i had the exact problem with my system when i switched from flow to digicel. Resetting the entire system solved my issue. But say what...nissan4life wrote:fokhan_96 wrote:Try turning off the power to all cameras and the dvr for a minute. Then connect after powering on.
It does amaze me the sheit men does want to write, if you cant give sensible advise then better you dont post anything.
Adoni you switched ISPs that why, flow does not have any restrictions with their port forwarding. Digicel ports have to be configured on the router as their rules and protocols are different. If your cctv technician cant get this to work i suggest you change him.
I have pm you the steps, any advise you need let me know.

You are right. I know nothing about networking or anything of the fancy stuff you just mentioned. But what is wrong my method if it works.nissan4life wrote:Your problem may of been similar but not all systems are the same.
factors that may vary for digicel are external ports vs internal ports on dvr, firmware version on modem and handshake between both devices.
Relying on p2p application on the dvr to sync with router means you do not understand networking, routing or the principles of the osi model. There is a difference between qualified and certified but do carry on .
Adoni try fokhan solution, if it does not work, you can contact me for assistance.
