It did. I think it rolled out in August, so if we keep with 4-5 months per series, my calculations may have been a bit off. Perhaps by mid-2020 we'll welcome PEA. Perfect election stunt or gimmick for you know who, but this isn't a politics ched. :lol:

like they really doing it "randomly" , last wk relatives of mine got a number in d 6400 , though i see cars on d road wks ago with 9400 already ...

So.with the new registration numbering system...u cant really tell where the numbers reach...but really wanted to know if pdx is still a long way off...
Is there anyway to know this?

Average series takes approx 5-6 months before it changes. PDW started in Jan.

new series is difficult for an outsider to predict because of the random number system.
i figure license office staff may know.

They will just start a new format. Just like UK did after WWII, which is what ours is based on. https://www.belinus.co.uk/plates-format-history.php

Minister of Works and Transport said things are moving for January 2020, so we will see. Public transport vehicles may require a color scheme "taxicab livery" standardized by Licensing Office, like NYC taxis or London cabs.
