That's my opinion. I tend to buy 10lb bags though.

I sometimes buy other stuff from other local suppliers or bring in myself...just to help support the competition nah.

Best thing would be to shop around, you never know who may have the better product at the better price or just offer better support.

not sure about if we can call names, but just to be fair I figured a list would be best. If it's not allowed I guess the admins will advise.

May be a good idea to create a comprehensive list so we can get our supps where ever we're located

As far as prices go, I won't discuss here... let each tuner see for themselves!

Nope..vary ur exercises, rep range, trainin style or incorporate new techniques like (pyramid, reverse pyramid, start exercises from the bottom to the top, strength training and 1rm tries) ..heck i do strongman trainin just to not b bored with the push/pull, lift/drop routine. Shock n muscle confusion ...something ur body not accustomed to. Go hiking..trails...fun n fitness rollef into 1... Then there's diet n supps.....

Thanks bro, I have a pan of milk there just for backup especially at night if we too tired, but we're trying to keep it at breast milk alone.
