The only old school shoes I know of, literally and metaphorically, are Bata "bouncers", Doric "washikongs", Superstar running shoes and Northstar running shoes (it was supposed to be the Lexus brand of Bata).

From Primary School to bout Form 2 had a Bolt, Flame, Trojan and Rock and Road. First real "brands" I ever had was a used LA Gear I get from my cousin. Felt like a king when I got that.

Weebok is genuine Reebok, it's the baby line spelt the way toddlers would pronounce Reebok

Nope, LA Gear had shoes for both male and female including the construction series. I had a pair of Michael Jackson L.A. Gear when it came out, never saw anyone else with it . The sickest, corkest pair of shoes I ever own. Now it is a collector item. Back in my time Troop, Travel Foxx, Suede Puma ( low cut) , Diadora, British Knight, Pony, Avia.

Anybody remember the Travel Foxx store in Golden Doors Mall , POS ?

Bought all my shoes at the Drag Mall on the corner of Queen and Frederick St.
