Who didn't see that coming, i was surprised they made it this year, more so Grosjean than Mag, Checo to HAAS?
Perez and Hulkenberg perhaps?
Possibly.

Would like to see Albon go back there and be replaced at RB by Perez. Alex definitely isn't able to adapt to what that car needs to get the performance out of it but will be very comfortable in the AT and could bring AT up to the top of the midfield.
RB do have Tsunoda as their junior driver in F2 but one more year to see how things go at the F1 teams may work out best for them. Some people are thinking that Gasly will leave for an Alpine (Renault) seat later on, if he does leave it means they have someone with a fair amount of experience to lead the team into 2022.

It is a tough one at red bull. What is to say that the same thing won't happen to anyone else put into the 2nd seat there.
I'm thinking along the lines of MotoGP when Stoner won the title for Ducati. No one knew the monumental difference that Stoner made up on that bike until they had the challenge themselves. Former multiple world champions got on the machine and couldn't do the job.
I think right now Max and Charles are working wonders with the machines beneath them. For whatever reason Albon and Vettel can't seem to make up the difference.
