Stephon is a troll... anything he posts is either irrelevant to the topic or completely and intentionally incorrect.

As far as i know a teller would start somewhere from the 4k-5k bracket. Once your 6 month probation is finished you would prob make about 5-5.5k... that before taxes eh. My sis works for scotia bank... will ask her later..

Who gives a sheit if you did 'gr8' out of highschool? Still doesn't mean you qualify for anything more than $4000 a month.

I don't understand how tellers act like they have the most prestigious job in the neighborhood, when they making less than half what everyone else is making.

It because the Banks HR managers hires workers that will not complain even when under stress. They hire people from a certain profile , that is why you have psychometric tests to weed out the guntas as in you uncle Marios folw joint.

At the end of each month each bank worker is allowed a specific time to go into the bank vault with one hand tied behind their back, how much money they can grab and stuff in their pockets is what their salary is for the month

higher ranking workers get more time

i think regular tellers are allowed 1 minute and 30 seconds

On another thread I said that you uncle needs to trains his staff and raise their pay. Your answer was they need cheap labour for bigger profit without training.

Sometimes they deserve it though, one time I doing a transaction, this woman decide while she counting my money to talk to everyone that pass and make comments @ her co workers and joking around. "Hi nice to see you" "Ronald is a nerd eh" "Yes gorl I had the best roti 4 lunch" "Yeah well I hear that too, jus now eh lemme finish this transaction" TWO SECONDS LATER back to talking with some random co worker. Eventually I said "I don't wanna disrespect you but I do have other things to do today" She watched me and smiled and continued to work. If I was the supervisor she was getting fired there on the spot.
