FYI - if you're experiencing dog sheit speeds today, apparently they're "investigating" it

This is where I does catch them - I paying for the 5mbs package so when it is 10mbs (which is the usual speed) its actually double my advertised package speed!!

One second I’m getting speeds 150Mbps then next few seconds can’t even open the speed test website

May I ask which server you were testing? Your traffic to local servers should work fine. Try a server in Miami, Atlanta, or New York.
Far as I am aware Digicel and CWC are currently experiencing problems with data transit from Trinidad to Miami. I'm guessing someone broke the submarine fiber cable we usually use or there is some other issue along the way.

Something is definitely wrong, might really be a damaged cable.Iptv, twitch & other streaming apps are buffering like crazy or you have to drop the quality to watch it or fine for a bit then not working at all.

Yup, I have the same problem. I was on the phone with tech support yesterday who told me that they "updated" the firmware on the boxes and now with this "update" you can't change your wifi channels. This doesn't make any sense to me. I opened another query with customer feedback, I'm waiting to hear what comes out of this.

I have the white Arris model# TG2492LG and I am no longer able to use the default user & setting password to logon on to http://192.168.0.1
Anyone else having this problem? Earlier this year, I was able to access.
UPDATE: I get through with Flow router, they had changed it to a new default password

I noticed the other day that the little box attached to that unit was off. So I had a look. It is a MOCa bridge. Can anyone tell me why it is there, seeing as I don't have any other moca units in my house? Has flow been sending my bandwidth out of my house?

So is the password unique to your modes or generic?
Really need to turn off the wifi on their unit again and I cannot get in to the unit.
Don't want to call as they are to slow for my liking.

I've been using the Flow's Arris TG1672G for years now.
1) Is there any benefit to have them upgrade me to the newer white modem?
2) Does it have a true bridge mode?

The MOCA box is for the cable boxes that FLOW provides

Get your own router and put that in modem mode.
It will solve many issues & improve range and performance.
