Call and have a tech sent out. Over the Easter weekend, there was an issue with the line and a section of it had to be replaced. It's back to normal now.

I’m on a bundle that has 250/15 broadband, just noticed I’m clocking 300/15.

Ultra Bundle

Ultra Bundle
Yeah me too. Although last year I got a call from Flow with an offer to upgrade my Ultra package (which was 150 download) to the Ultra Plus package which bumped the speeds to 250 and offered the rest of HBO channels.
I jumped at that opportunity as the price increment of about $40 to go from the Ultra to the Ultra Plus was worth it for the broadband alone. If I were to upgrade to one of their similar 250 bundle packages at the time, I would have ended up paying a whole lot more than I'm paying now. Plus at that time, I wanted to get higher speed with the work from home and school from home but never upgraded to any of the offered packages as the price far exceed what I was willing to pay. So when the CSR called offering the Ultra Plus, it was a no brainer.
This offer was only given to their legacy package customers... so on their current offerings, an Ultra Plus package is not available.
As a comparison, this Ultra Plus package include the phone with 100 free bundle mins, 250/15 broadband, TV with the full HBO (can't say off the bat how many channels) and HBOGO. Monthly fee is under $620. The only two bundles Flow offers are these:

As you can see, this Ultra Plus is in the middle of the existing offerings which is why I jumped for it.
If we are now going to benefit from 300 download speeds, assuming prices remain the same, this package will turn out to be a damn good value.

Yes, you’re correct: It’s the Ultra Plus bundle I’m on as well. I made the same move from the old Ultra package to this new Ultra Plus.
It is a pretty sweet deal, its actually $575 for 250/15 broadband (now 300/15), TV Max with all HBO channels and HBO GO, Plus the flow phone bundle as well.
I don’t think this bundle was ever offered outside of the upgrade though, so I consider myself lucky!

Yes - exactly. I also did not know the 250/15 went up to $575. Capitalizing on the demand for better speeds while folks and kids are at home is the name of the game it seems.
Hopefully the price won't change as the other Tuner suggested.

If i was owing them money, the balance would not have stayed the same ($20 late charge every month).

I once overpaid a TSTT bill by about 37 or 53 cents (can't rem), then I closed the account. For 3 years they kept sending me a monthly bill with the positive balance. Each time was 2-3 pages for god-knows-what

Yep. I meant it’s $575 for the Ultra Plus bundle, btw.

I believe FLOW only gives out static IPs. I've had the same one for about a year now but im not 100% sure about it.
