My dad went and bought a Z10 on Bmobile today. And he illustrates a point i was making.

He said when he played with mine he just did two swipes and gave it back. but having his own he is discovering a lot of the features and really appreciating the new platform and OS.

YOU HAVE TO USE IT TO KNOW IT, and once you know BB10, you appreciate it

Heard whatsapp messes with your memory card and causes freezing. Anytime I use it with groups it tends to freeze my torch.

Whatsapp has a bad memory leak in a lot of their builds and it does indeed drain the battery.

Any time ppl tell me their phone giving problems i ask them if they have whatsapp installed

I have 10.1 on my test device. To me the HDR makes a difference if you have pictures where sone parts likely to be underexposed. There are many other small changes though

Whatsapp causes a lot of performance issues on the old BlackBerry phones. Poor memory management

Anyone?

If it is possible for you to revert to the penultimate build, you maybe experience less problems.

http://www.bmobile.co.tt/plans/blackberry-plans/

the prepaid plans are here

but i was wondering why i can use this one, although this is for android, if what you all say is true that BBM works once you have internet connection

http://www.bmobile.co.tt/plans/4g-prepaid-data-plans/

the guy i TSTT was confusing me, since he was confused because it the first time he hook up a prepaid account

You cannot use the Android plans because they work with a different apn than the BlackBerry 10 plans

Thinking about buying the Z10..so all android apps can be ported to the Z10, including games? What about launchers, I'm thinking not but it would have been nice..

Default Screen brightness might be like 70% I dialed mine back to about 50%

I thought you didn't need a specific plan for the BlackBerry 10 devices? Sorry I'm just a tad confused and i wanna educate myself before I go thru with anything. Because I don't see why it wouldn't work once use the given APN for the android plan if it doesn't need BIS.

APN is a separate thing from BIS. APN controls data access between the phone and the mobike network. Even on Android u need a APN. For bmobile and digicel they are using the APN to make sure you subscribe to BlackBerry 10 specific data packages. That's all

Nothing to do with BIS
