Yaris engine (help)

I just installed a 1nz engine in my 2006 yaris ,tried to start clank clank nothing then I realised the starter was getting hot, i tried manully turning the crank pulley , it didn't move,??????? Is this foreign used head & block seized, help.help!!!

did u make sure your torque converter was settled in properly all the way in?
