OP, alot of tuners can and will want to help but you just start bad. Infact horrible.

VEry hard to understand what you are saying. Just check over that entire system for loose grounds.

Let me simplify:
The OP has a audio band A 400.4 amp that the power mosfet transistors blew 3 times..he wants to know what is causing this to happen.

Anyway OP is it the original transistors you got to repair it with?

Seen this happen many times with amplifiers with the wrong or substitute transistors, works fine by the technician because it was under no load and when you install it in the vehicle under load....poof. You need to get a new amp or new technician.

Sounds like faulty power supply regulation in the amp.
Invest in a good amp, it could be used, and change your amp technician.

the first midrange amp i ever owned was this model audiobahn,

that is very old, where did you get it from,

and also, i gave it away after it blew once and twice more after repairs,

me? i changed amp and technician at once, so i cant tell you what was the real problem.
