An alternator upgrade is recommended. Are the HIDs flickering? They do that when the voltage dips too low. A bigger battery is only beneficial as long as its charged.

Given prices of batteries these days I'd say upgrade the alternator first.

the ground part of the Big 3 is the most important part!

remember there is a big difference between conventional current flow and electron flow...

the guy has a 70A alternator, adding extra batteries will only temporarily solve his issues and place increased stress on his already weak factory alternator..

to properly decide what would be of more benefit to him, we need to find out how exactly he uses his system, i made assumption based on what he has so here we go,

OP how do u use your system? Do you play music with engine running or off? or which one more?
Wit engine running, do you tend to play music more driving or just park up and car idling?

You would enjoy your car's audio more in which situation, park up with car idling and cranking(river lime) or driving round and cranking?
Also exactly what battery do you have in the car right now?
Once he answers these questions properly we will be able to decide what he needs
