I have Powertrac City Rover (18") on my car. They replaced the OEM tyre - Nexen N Priz.
Going on 1.5 years and I am quite happy with the performance.
Adequate wet and dry performance.
Not the most quiet tyres compared to previous tyres on my other cars but those were also different sized.
