Help with 4g15 carbureted not starting....plz

Good day....need help with issue with carbureted 4g15...car tumbling and not starting, plugs wires have current, carb getting fuel.........what could be the problem

Plug wires in the right order?
Choke fir initial start?

Throw some gasoline in the filter to make sure it breathe in some gas, just incase the carb jets clogged.

Carb getting fuel doesn't necessarily mean its getting mixed for combustion. Plunger in those carbs were very prone to shrinkage.
