in a nutshell, a plate can be re-used on another car once you can verify and show evidence that the vehicle it was previously registered to was taken off the register / scrapped etc

I saw that Crown at Licensing Office in Caroni two weeks ago. Clean AF...
The only thing though, that right side back light break.
