You know your old cars .
The same thing I tell the straightener. Brace it good or set it up in a jig to maintain the specs.

thing with the MGA is it's body on frame, so the tub is very flimsy once you lift it off.
But they will probably jiggle and twist to line everything back up
That's one model I wish I had in my collection <3
Slow as hell but oh so beautiful

"don't worry," shouted the doctor, "those are just contractions"

If you see the other one , 1961 Impala, then you will be really properly teased.

Anyhow , it's a 1972 GTO judge that I went to buy in 1982 . Couldn't afford it on my student allowance , lost track of it , saw it four years ago and went to buy it , by the time I went for it , it was sold again and then the new owner offered it to me after two years . Now it's being restored.

hard to say
could be one of a few British or American cars...my Vauxhall has a very similar crossmember / wishbone setup but it's a monocoque, not body on frame

1961 Impala. I stopped on it to do the GTO but it's back on track again. Floor is in and some spots on the rear fenders welded up. Chassis is prepped and priming should be soon because I have a worker on it every day now.
