Wiper malfunction Y12 wingroad

Postby triniredz24 » February 18th, 2020, 7:26 am

The wipers on the wingroad went crazy yesterday two different ways during rainfall:

1) Wipers stick on windscreen during heavy downpour. I had to pull aside, switch off the vehicle and start back for wipers to start back working.

2) Again while using the wipers it begin to malfunction. When i switch off the wipers it stays on wiping the windscreen.

Has anyone ever experienced this? Who can I go by the check on this in south?

check the switch - if the switch is good, theres an electronic box that controls the wiper speeds and stuff....

the FSM has it listed as an amplifier or controller assy... that where you should look next....
