Removal of centre resonator

Hello guys,
I am thinking of removing the centre exhaust resonator from my foreign used B14. Will this improve the performance on the vehicle? Will it make the exhaust extremely louder?
I will appreciate your professional advice as always. Thanks.

Yes it will make the exhaust louder, no it won't make any noticeable improvement in performance
