WTK NISSAN PRAIRIE 7 Seater -A Good Buy?

I am about to close deal on a Used Nissan Prairie 7 Seater. IM getting it for $35K

I understand this carry a QR20 engine (the Same as the old Box Shaped XTrail PBW -PCC series)

It also has on the back CTV Transmisson

What I like ita a small 7 Seater and I have a Big Family

I test drove it up Maracas and the Engine is very Powerful 1998cc.

I want some advice....is this A Good Car to buy?

I checked the Massy and the Bamboo and they said engine parts for the QR20 engine are readily available.
