Wtk: hr15 juke problems

Car starts and cuts off at least twice, then idles with a sputtering tone even during reving and the exhaus smells terrible.
The normal thgs were changed oil, all filters, and plugs. Some help please.

Exhaust smell may indicate bad cat.

catalytic converter could be clogged can remove Clean it (gut out inside)
