headlight connectors

yeah used the h4 90w bulbs and well the heat has melted the connectors i knw simply jus get a new one and wire back in was wondering if anybody knew of ones that could handle the heat i.e not cheap plastic connectors

Usually there are reinforced plastic units or ceramic ones made for those higher wattage bulbs

Dave is correct.

I would recommend wiring some relays on the headlights, some headlight circuits are setup for 55w bulbs alone. Long term damage could be caused. There's some nice harnesses selling online as well. Plug and play.
