To update you guys, emailed them and was told that the secure card is locked out, no idea how that happened. Should be resolved soon. If this is the case, really weird that the error message presented in situations like these is that the service is currently unavailable, sorry for the inconvenience....

Anyone with this service able to access it currently, Its been down for me since last week Thursday I believe. Just want to ensure its not just me, as theres no information about this on the website which is ridiculous if the service really is unavailable.
