Issue has been fixed. I bought the OCV / VVT-i solenoid on amazon. When i removed the OCV i found that it was broken and being held together by the one screw to the engine. those new corollas do not have an x cable..they have servos instead....maybe your servo acting up...check a mechanic and electrician to ensure it working correctly... if it still acting up then you could take a handful of sand and put it in the engine where you normally throw the oil...that will sm...
