^^ I have the same covers purchased them from Auto Image(Valpark). I've had one out in the elements for the past year and it has held out perfectly only thing with mine is my dogs can't resist pulling it and it has held out to their abuse.

It happens from time to time no need to panic, I use two different cards for purchases and sometimes when the block occurs I switch the card and it goes through or sometimes it does not. The issue eventually clears itself in a hour or two, it happens.
