Also if I have a contract with my builder which includes installation of windows and doors but now I don't want him to do it, can I remove it from the scope?

Re: Building a house in Trinidad

I have a question: I'm building an extension to my home and engaged 2 contractors One gave me a total cost, but didn't split the materials and labour. The other said he would advise on the materials required and his day rate with the total duration of the job not exceeding 18 days. Which is more rea...

Re: Drivers permit renewal

So just renewed at Arima. Was smooth.
Just a lil wait to get inside. About 30 minutes wait in a line. My appointment was 825am, lined up at 8am and got in 830am
Once inside everything took about 15 minutes, so I was out by 9am.

How do they quote for readymix cement pumped from the truck?

Re: President: 'I fear we have become a savage people'

Our population is a bit misogynistic.

The "functions " of our president have never changed, but we were never this vocal against it until a woman took the role.

That being said, it's a ceremonial position and a waste of time.

Can't deny the technical skills that went into this film. Was an excellent film.

Glass Onion was good.

All Quiet on the Western Front (2022 German version) is possibly the best movie I saw this year.

I would estimate about 10 stores, including Home Store, another home centre store called Priceless, Perry Ellis, Bmobile, two kids stores upstairs, Den For Men, and one or two others. Seeing Tommy's Brewery and Starlite coming soon.
