Quick question guys, I have the Xterminator 400x 1500 rms bridged at 4Ohms, can this amp run at 2Ohms? I have a 140amp tida alt, with an XS power d 1200 in front and going to get a D3100 for the back. Nothing installed yet, so wondering if i can get another pair of 10's to play without any amp damag...

i didn't check that, but the guy i bought it from in the bamboo said a bracket will be need, the alternator itself looks bigger than the one on the engine.

WTK all info on alternator swap Tida in AD Wagon.

Recently bought a TIIDA/Wingroad alternator 140amps, and want to swap the AD Wagon i think is 2005 model qg 15 engine one out.

Looking for all information on what is needed(belt etc) and how to go about this.

Also looking for an already made bracket for this alternator.

those 18 sounds imo you don't need the world of power to get them loud and they maintain clean sound with little distortion depending on how you tune and regulate your volume levels. i had a pair on 300watts and they played great. Look at the sensitivity of the speaker...i think it's 100.5db the hig...

I designed it in such a way as the port length decreases the port area increases and vice versa while working within/slightly above the 12-16Square inches of port area per net volume rule. The port was at the back of the box with the sub place at the front so it was easy to design the ports differen...

another way of changing tuning i used was rectangle ports of different lengths and port area with the use of t-nuts for easy removal/attachment.
Had 3 tuning ports 32Hz,38Hz and 45Hz.

the 3512 is capable of both low and high(had it in 2.4Cu.Ft tuned to 35Hz was going low and still hit the high notes well)..never used the t2 so i can't say for it.

i don't like using bass boost, if the box response has peaks and dips the bass boost can be used to even out the response, but you need to set it properly to much boost does cause boomy bass.
