Re: WTK: Dashboard Repair

Dont really want to remove that part of the dash, the scrape has a slight dig in it also. It is a BT50. Was thinking to try a very smooth emery to sand it then put the paint as you suggested, but will this look off or will it blend back like original

WTK: Best Shocks for ranger

Can anyone recommend some good gas shocks for a 4x4 ranger(2008 model). Ride comfort is the main factor. Stock suspension.

Thanks

WTK: Who adjust torsion bars/ranger tyre size

I recently put in some 265/70/16 on stock ranger rims and I notice the front mudguards rubbing on turning(inclines mostly). Will the raising of the torsion bar solve this problem?

Also where can I get this properly adjusted?

My 3.0 Ranger now doing 90xxxKm and I am getting a leak of Engine Oil under the bellhousing of the transmission. I got it checked and the mech said it could be the rear main seal. Have anyone experienced this problem?

Also where can I get the original seal to buy, except company?

Re: Lost key, ford ranger

well if u got into the vehicle, since you got a key, you can just get a technician to install an external alarm with immobilizer(eg, VIPER 350PLUS) and uninstall the old immobilizer.

Re: Ques: Tyres..wet road and skid..assist plz

The Tyre I am running is the Long Trail A/T series:

http://www.bfgoodrichtires.com/tire-sel ... re-details

I dropped the Tyre pressure to 32psi and rotated the tyres, monitoring it for the moment.

Also, I am not seeing a load range on the tyre, just seeing 1038kg

Re: Vehicle TRANSFER FEES in Trinidad & Tobago

I am confused, which bracket would a PCF altis fall in if the certified copy says 2004. The car is foreign used, but my friend car is PCE and his is 2007. ???? The law states that a vehicle can be licensed once it is between the 6year limit meaning, since this is 2012, you can license a 2006 vehicl...

Re: WTK HEAVY T AND INSURANCE

HEAVY T License is 3000MGW upward eg caravan reading 3200kg is under this license
Light Motor Vehicle is up to 3000MGW eg Van could be 2989 will still be under this license

Also as said earlier, the Tare will increase not the MGW, meaning less goods can be carried
