I have a friend that only uses Farecla G3 compound and will not use anything else cause of performance.
Yep 3M Ultrafine Machine Polish is great on black.

I can`t say which is better because i have never used Farecla.
I use 3M 3 step and used Meguiars before.
Meguiars M205 is a really nice polish.

A da polisher can buff a car that has been wet sanded.
How quick it gets the sand marks out depends on how much you refine the finish.

If you don`t have experience operating a rotary buffer i suggest you stay far from it as it can instill swirls, holograms and buffer trails in your cars paint.
Your better off with a da polisher like meguiars mt300.
I think the local distributors for it is Lubetech.
