Re: Recommendations: Bluetooth Speaker

https://www.bose.com/en_us/products/speakers/portable_pa_speakers/s1_pro_system.html#v=s1_pro_system_with_battery_black This is an option. It is available with or without a battery. Demo'd this speaker a few years ago. Sounded pretty decent in the Bose store in a crowded Orlando outlet mall. Having ...

Re: The GOOGLE | ANDROID Thread

J453 Thanks for that detailed feedback. By chance, is your phone using the ESIM as well? bMobile indicated that their network does not yet support ESIM. A guy at Digicel told me that he believes some phones were activated with ESIM but will get back to me on the specific models. For sometime I have ...

Re: The GOOGLE | ANDROID Thread

I bought the Pro 128 GB. $899. But this is part of the reason I am looking at the Xperia 1 III. For $1040, I can get the 512 GB, plus the other features as mentioned... including a 3.5mm headphone jack. I am hating to have to spend so much on a phone, but these cheaper android phones I bought all su...

Re: The GOOGLE | ANDROID Thread

Questions for you guys out there. Anyone bought the Google Pixel 6/Pixel 6 pro? Although these phones are available in certain countries, what are the issues if the phone is purchased in the US and used here in Trinidad? Are there losses to functionality, reduced performance etc.? What's the experie...

Re: Building a house in Trinidad

Do you need pre-fab sheets ready to install or do you need to get a countertop fabricated and installed? If the latter, call Ian 620-4109 or 789-3346. He is one of the largest granite contractors in the country but not very well advertised. He has a huge variety of colours and patterns and is extrem...

Re: Building a house in Trinidad

Sales are a few times a year ranging from 10% off to 40% off.

Usually, a 40% sale would take place sometime around Easter for about 4 days.

If you sign up for an account with SW at a store, you will get email notifications on sale days.

Screwtek limited. Wide assortment of structural bolts, fasteners. Mind you, structural bolts and fasteners are expensive. What's the process of attaching decking pan to a steel structure? Re: T&T OFFICIAL New Vehicle Prices & Discussion Thread

Was told that PPF is not suited for our climate and could lose adhesion. [emoji2377] However if so inclined, one can consider a ceramic coating for the X5. I'm not into ceramic coatings. Much prefer to wax and detail my vehicles as it feels so enjoyable and rewarding. But then, if I had a beautiful ...

Never used Kaleidoscope. Trinity is very good imo. Very thick, excellent coverage and penetration. Have used this many times and will recommend. Have a lil less that half gallon. If you're in Central you're welcome to have it to demo. PM me if interested. . Kaleidoscope Contractor Primer or Trinity?

Re: Cat Lover's Thread

I thought that cats were natural hunters and one of the benefits of owning one was that it can control vermin around the yard.

Why do they need to be fed so frequently and with such expensive food?

Seems like the cost of ownership of a small animal like a cat far exceeds that of a dog.

Unfortunately, there is no way to do what you're asking on PVC pipe. You will have to cut and rejoin using the PVC cement. However, I have a few sprinklers on PVC risers in the flower bed which broke recently. The break occurred on the TEE about 4" underground. The workman took some PVC glue an...

Despite using their paint, I have never used the SW primer. Rather, I have used the Trinity Paints primer with good success. This primer has great body, large coverage and is very thick. Usually, two coats of primer followed by two top coats are sufficient for a new wall. The cost is also very compe...

Re: Building a house in Trinidad

It is good to hear positive feedback on local paints. For me, it's not a brand thing... Rather the choice to use Sherwin Williams is based on performance, coverage and weather resistance. Originally our house was painted with the best Berger paint line, Weatherproof Ultra iirc, in 2010. Within 5 yea...

Price Club supermarket offered a pickup service. Call, WhatsApp or email your order, they'll pack the trolley for you and when you arrive, you head to the cashier at the back end of the supermarket where you cash, pack and then leave. This may be the best bet for you as hampers tend to be very speci...

Re: Anthony "Tony" Harford Dead

Anthony Harford was a media personality from the 80s, 90s and 2000s.

He was a sports reporter for TTT news after which he made his way into radio and served on stations such as 97.1 and 100.1.

Quite a very decent media personality and possibly a good role model for those in the media industry.
