thats a problem with b15/n16 cars the expansion valve is the issue just fixed meh old mans own and works like a charm check the nissan oe part no.'s in the nissan forum for the part no. usually price varies from $400-$1000 u will have to get someone to weld some material to remove a screw which hold...

fitment is not a problem, is the housing but HID's burn with less heat so go figure

you cannot get a properly made one here esp if not mandrel made
late model cars have pretty good flowing manifolds and thus any made up unit can easily detune the engine

the gdi is the type of engine featured in the car
GDI-Gasoline DIrect Injection, injector sprays directly into the combustion chamber
GLX is the normal type of fuel delivery where the injector spray when the valve opens

ppl who have projectors always feel cause of the design and look they could run HID's hence the disclaimer and some housings could take it and some can't for when ppl buy the kits

the oils forms hot spots and cause bulbs to burn out prematurely
i am getting the hid look from some bulbs i am experimenting on w/o the hid price and so far the cheapest gives a white solid light on the ground

btw, that n16 manifold is not a true header, its just a free manifold

a notch over 3gees at a us price of $500

here what kc, get a qg exhaust manifold and line up against a ga one and then u will have a good idea of what is entailed to be done
btw, the sizes, lengths of both the ga and qg are identical :wink:

the 4g92 is not a header and doesn't even begin to comapre to what the aftermkt makes, they actually disturbed flow in one pipe to make way for another, first rule of a good aftermkt header broken shaving the head would make for possibly wrong cam timing and thus would require the need for cam sprok...

i can land hotshots for cheaper than that :wink:

qg is similiar to ga but still a little off

generally ssac gives about 8-10 over stock whereas hotshot give 12-15 over stock

generally those styles are noisy but with a nice resonator up front would give a nice tone
i running an apexi n1 and same style, cruising its quiet but when accelerating it gets loud
