How long before you notify Amazon that a shipment can not be "located"?

Two shipments, actually both part of the same order, both delivered by USPS on Sep 7.
1Z0* actually put in my hand today.
But Websource has not responded or cannot respond regarding the 1Z7*

Other countires have a law that prevents trucks being in the lane furthest away from the curb, where there are more than two lanes, except for certain areas where merging occurs.
outside of those areas, hefty fines.
Pity this is not adopted here.

which is why it is normally included in the price of the vehicle.
buyer pays for it, seller makes sure it happens

it's in the sellers interest for the transfer to be completed / paid.
the buyer usually pays for the transfer (included in the price of the vehicle)

Since they replaced the modem with a HG8245W5-6T, outgoing PPTP connections fail.
Anyone has one of these and has outgoing PPTP working?

Carried receipt, Did an engine change (pass over pit, got LO receipt (chit) in March 2019 at San Fernando.
Still have the chit, engine # still not updated on MOWT site.

35mins to catch an international flight.
Not impossible, hope your internal flight has no delays.
I normally do an overnight for that return leg, has come in handy on at least three occasions
