I'm waiting for the exemption of taxes on mobile phones to happen. Supposed to be December. But with the usual and expected Christmas rush for online purchases (which will be worst due to covid), I expect I'd have to wait till January, 2021.

Re: Home Security

Insects, moths, candle flies. That happens especially when the camera is in a lit area, or using the IR lights and those night insects buzz near the light source. The buzzing of the wings sync at a certain rate with the rolling shutter CMOS sensor and they look like trippy sine waves. e.g. https://...

On the top of Trincity Central Road on the corner there's a metal fabricator there that sells. Try him.

Just want to throw in my 2 cents here for those who raised concerns with smart home functions. Its not to solve a problem. ...

Quick question related to some kitchen work.

Pine, Mahogany and Teak. I know teak is probably the best but what are the cons and pros of each when it comes to Kitchen Cupboard applications.

Also in terms of varnishing in a dark oak color, what are the possibilities of such with each.

Not sure what a link or advice is needed for. Hire a backhoe at the daily rate with an estimate of 3 days or so to clear the land. Then hire a dump drunk to carry the excess waste material to be dumped.

Should cost around $6k.

Vehicle can be transferred at LO, but that makes no difference since you still won't be the legal owner of it.
