if the driver himself can’t read a regulation eye test paper from a certain distance then the onus is pretty obvious measuring devices need proper recalibration every so often esp if in the hands of third parties this is the same problem they have with EMA and charging ppl for exceeding noise levels...

yet a lobster meal will be 5-6 times that,
a fish meal would be normal 2-3 times
make it make sense
