had the engine washed before leak was discovered, positively sure it's comming from between the head and block, should have mentioned that i'm losing some water and power

noticed oil leaking from the area under the vtec solenoid so i changed both sloenoid seals and the leak stopped, but there was another oil leak comming from between the head and the block (see pic),don't know if i should change the head gasket, pull a bit more on the head studs or build up the area ...
