My stock alternator produces 60amp more less 30 amps is used for stock electronics in car and 30 amps for aftermarket accessories like amplifires. Question is how many batteries can i run for my audio system and still maintain the voltage using stock alternator? 2 bateries in da trunk.. ( 2 Stingers...

Why with these aftermarket alternators when the car is idling at 800rpm(normal idle) the voltage reading: drop to normal battery voltage rate.. is this normal or i need to get the car checked? I am not calling no name of the installer to bash anyone.. Batter voltage +12.5-12.8

it could also b the seals.. u can add some brakes fluid in the oil.. it will work better but note that u will hav to change that soon cus one day it will fail on u..

my advice is

so deck > preamp > cross over > matrix > amps

i prefer the extra processing for clarity

the matrix adds a gr8 amount of line drive... i would advise it since the output voltage on the mcd is 5v and matrix is 15or 13 nt sure...a matrix makes a huge difference since it boosts ur signal hence u will use lower gains on ur amps which can run ur amps cool rather than stressing the outputs.. ...
