Re: Marvel coil packs: Any good?

I still run the standard bkr5e plugs and change every year for the most. On average, every 6 months.

Re: Marvel coil packs: Any good?

Never heard of that brand. With coil packs always change plugs also. Well the plugs were only 3 or 4 months old, but I do plan to change them still. Never knew of the aftermarket brands till yesterday and dunno what are good aftermarket brands vs bad. Just hopeful it doesn't cause any issues down t...

Marvel coil packs: Any good?

So been troubleshooting a random misfire in my local almera, where the car would randomly stumble and on some rare occasions, cut off. Changed the MAF (At some point there was a code for this, but still did it even after replacing), crank, cam sensors, plugs and did some ground upgrades/cleaning sin...

Re: Tobago Owners In Tears

Lemme chime in, say what I have to say and be out. Tobago is like a whole family house. Everybody have their parents, grandparents, great grans, auntie, uncle, brother, sister, cousin, whoever in quite a close knit community. Everyone knows everyone. Sad part of that is that there is a mix of all wh...

Proper and Professional also comes with PRICEY.

If you're on facebook, check out "the Automan company limited"

They did a full CK to red evo 5 conversion and I was told at the time to to that full job was 65-70K without the donor car.

Almera "impul" style spoiler question

Curiously...

Is this spoiler an accessory that is sold locally? or is it something that people can make here?

Searches brought up "impul" spoiler and been searching info on it.

Pistons, yeah, but the rods are common across all 4g93s whether turbo or not. Either way it's best to use upgraded pistons and rods from stock and done.

Manual to Power window conversion only working with main switch

Has anyone done this? Changed my doors from manual to power windows as I already have all the wiring prewired from factory, but for some reason only the master switch works all the windows... but not the individual ones. Checked the wiring diagram and all seems to be proper. Is there some wire that ...

Carb tank baffle using PVC?

Just curious but anyone who has done a fuel pump conversion in their carb tanks...

what method did you use? Could a piece of PVC be used as a baffle to help keep the fuel from sloshing around?
